Fall Middle School Athletics:

MS Spirit-Cheer(coed)

Physicals NOT required for Summer/Off Season Activities, eSports or Speech & Debate.

Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered!

Step 1: Students registering for Athletics must have a current CHSAA physical form on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts*. Physicals are good for 1 year from the exact date of the last physical. 

 *Physicals are NOT REQUIRED for eSports, Speech & Debate, and Summer Camps and Off Season Training.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form. Please read through these forms carefully and be certain to complete and acknowledge each one where required.  The Registration Link is the STEM Spartan Icon below.

Step 3: Once you have completed the form, your My School Bucks(MSB) account will be invoiced the activity fee.  Please allow up to 72 hours for invoices to post. Participation is contingent upon payment of fees or agreed upon accomodation.
